Collefrisio is located on the rolling hills of Frisa in Chieti. Here you will encounter Amedeo De Luca and Antonio Patricelli, third-generation winemakers.

Collefrisio is situated in a geographical context that has always been prone to culture high-quality vineyards and fine wine. Their vineyards rest on clay and limestone soils, the weather is hot in summer and cold in winter. The three Collefrisio estates make up a 35-hectare vineyard.

VINIFICATION: Maceration at a low temperature upon removing the grapes from the stalks, and controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

CHARACTERISTICS: Straw-yellow colour with green reflections. A strong fruity scent, containing hints of pear, peach, and tropical fruit. A fresh and lasting taste, well balanced, and with good structure.
